Build an accurate order specification
List each required product and the number of cases or pallets. If you know the required case count but not the pallet configuration, include the case count and ask for the corresponding load details.
Pallet quantities are product-specific
There is no single case count that applies to all beverage pallets. Packaging, unit size, pallet dimensions and load configuration affect the quantity. Confirm the proposed configuration in writing.
Tell us about the receiving site
- Delivery address and postcode or destination country.
- Whether a loading dock or forklift is available.
- Whether unloading assistance needs to be assessed.
- Vehicle access restrictions, booking requirements or opening hours.
- Requested delivery window and whether a split delivery is acceptable.
Evaluate price and delivery together
